I love watching this video of bread making by Tartine Bakery’s Chad Roberson. Bread has been our partner throughout history; unbelievably we’ve been making bread tens of thousand years.
A stunningly beautiful baking documentary from Kinfolk about making luscious, hearty, thick-crusted bread at home in a dutch oven pot.
